  • Book a free consultation through our ‘Appointments’ page on our website, give us a call, reach out via our social media platforms (Instagram or Facebook) or complete our enquiry form on our ‘Contact Us’ page.

    We will then schedule an initial call where we will ask a variety of questions to get a better understanding of how we can best support you!

  • No, a referral is not needed to access our services however, you may be eligible to receive a Medicare rebate from your GP.

    Please note, Medicare rebates only cover Speech Pathology services.

  • Yes! However, Ropana Therapy is not registered through the NDIS and as such we are unable to accept ‘Agency Managed’ NDIS plans.

    We are able to accept funding if your plan is ‘Self Managed’ or ‘Plan Managed’ (by a third party) and you have allocated funding for Speech Pathology or Counselling services within your NDIS plan.

    If you are a provider and would like to refer a client for services, please fill out our NDIS referral form.

  • To reschedule or cancel your session, please call, text or email your clinician.

    Please ensure to provide at least 24 hours notice.

  • As indicated in our service agreement, a cancellation with less than 24 hours notice will incur a cancellation fee of 90% of the full service fee.

    Please note, we will aim to reschedule wherever possible, dependent on clinician availability.

  • We are always open to hearing feedback or ways we can improve our service.
